Māpuana Makia is more than an accomplished actress with a regular role on the Disney+ series “Doogie Kamealoha, MD.” She is also a well-respected narrator with many audiobooks and voice-over credits. May is AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islanders Heritage) Month, and we're happy to report that she was recognized as one of seven API (Asian andPacific Islander) narrators. And she's both!
